Conversational Skins

A body of work based on a speculative clothing idea, in which the wearer turns a piece of fabric into a clothing form, then back to flat, then back to a form... etc. This facilitates a way to embrace the shapeshifting qualities of fashion without being wasteful, and it also creates a unique surface pattern which emerges on the textile as it cycles through the process of cutting and healing.
